Start a project · How it works

A rough timeline of how it works.

Five stages, from the first electricity bill we look at to a fully commissioned plant with IoT monitoring live. Most projects move from audit to handover in three to six months.

The five stages

Audit → Design → Procurement → Construction → Commissioning.

Stage 01
1–2 weeks

Audit

Top-line assessment of what's possible.

  • Top-line energy & cost assessment
  • 12 months of electricity bills
  • Existing equipment list & nameplate data
Stage 02
2–4 weeks

Design

Walk the site, draft the system.

  • Letter of Award (LOA)
  • On-site engineering audit
  • Proposed system layout & single-line diagrams
Stage 03
4–10 weeks

Procurement

Assemble the right kit, not a catalogue bundle.

  • Selective component sourcing
  • Chillers, AHUs, pumps, blowers built to spec
  • Factory acceptance & QA
Stage 04
4–12 weeks

Construction

Install, integrate, test.

  • On-site installation of the system
  • Mechanical, electrical & controls integration
  • Functional testing on every loop
Stage 05
1–2 weeks

Commissioning

Hand over a fully operational plant.

  • System fully operational
  • IoT monitoring live & baselined
  • Performance verification against KPI
What to send us

Three things and we can give you a top-line answer.

No NDA dance, no long forms. Just enough to size the prize and tell you whether it's worth a deeper look.

12 months of electricity bills

TNB or equivalent — PDFs or scans are fine. We need a full year so seasonal load shows up.

Equipment list

Chillers, AHUs, pumps, lighting, solar — make/model and approximate age if you have it.

A short brief

What's hurting? Bills, comfort, downtime, sustainability targets — all useful context.

Stage 1 starts here

Send the bills. We'll send back a number.

A free top-line assessment, usually within a week. If it makes sense, we go deeper. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
